As the former Global CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, Rick led an organization of 8,000 offices and 125,000 sales professionals across 80 countries. He was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker Commercial and Coldwell Banker Real Estate, both multi-national corporations. Galvanizing an organization around a single vision is no small task. Clear, concise, and consistent communication at every level of the organization is necessary, and every team member must understand the critical nature of their involvement. Doing good and always doing “what’s right” are values to live by.
